A Grey Cargo Sunday @ Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (Part 2), 6 April 2014

My good friend Sander called me that Sunday saying he was going to Schiphol for a few pics. Although the weather was absolutely awful (cold, wet and grey) I joined him at the spectators terrace. As I expected, most of my pics that day were unfortunately below standards. However, I thought this compilation is still worth sharing, giving an impression of the cargo operations on that Sunday afternoon in early April.

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Boeing 747-406M PH-BFI is being loaded at the F pier @ Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Sunday 6 April 2014. I wonder what kind of expensive car is in the hold.
Martinair Cargo McDonnell-Douglas MD11F PH-MCY is being towed to the hangar @ Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Sunday 6 April 2014.
LAN Cargo Boeing 777-F6N N774LA @ Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Sunday 6 April 2014. I was listening to the ATC when this aircraft landed and decided to stay until it would be departing to catch this bird despite of the cold and rain. It was worth the wait!
A classic one: Saudi Arabian Cargo Boeing 747-281B(SF) EK-74799 @ Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Sunday 6 April 2014. I could hear the characteristic sound of the GE CF6-50E2 engines in the distance knowing that it had to be either a classic 747 of DC-10.
